Meet Chad
Chad works every day to help create a better Connecticut.
As a teacher, a city councilor, a volunteer, and labor leader, Chad has the skills needed to be your State Representative. He has a strong background in reaching out to the community and a true passion for helping the public. Chad has proven himself to be dedicated to making a positive impact on Meriden, and understands what it takes to make a difference for the communities of the 83rd— because that's what he does every day.

Chad is a committed public servant
Chad currently serves as an At-Large Meriden City Councilor, elected by voters across the city. As a councilor and council deputy majority leader, Chad focuses on what's best for the people of the city, regardless of politics. He uses his position to advocate for the needs of all those who call our community home.
Chad is a Passionate volunteer for meriden's youth
As immediate past president of the Girls, Inc. of Meriden & Central Connecticut Board of Directors, Chad helped to oversee growth in all aspects of the organization: from number of youth served to building improvement funding to grant income to provide access to vital programming to make girls stronger, smarter, and bolder.
Chad is a Tireless advocate for Meriden's teachers and students
He was awarded AFT Connecticut's 2023 James H. Soifer Award for service to the labor movement in the city in his role as Secondary Vice President for the Meriden Federation of Teachers.
Chad works hard for a fairer, more equitable connecticut
Chad was named one of the Connecticut Working Families Party's “22 of 2022” for his work to help elect local candidates like State Senator Jan Hochadel and Congresswoman Jahana Hayes — champions for working people in our city and state.
Chad has been Helping the community for over two decades
As an Eagle Scout from Meriden's Troop 43, Chad has been volunteering his time to make Meriden a great place to live since his youth.
